INTRODUCING NATIONAL SCENT COMPANY ...

National Scent Company was founded in 1928 by Paul W. Howard, Sr. As a sport enthusiast and animal fancier, he recognized the need for quality dog training products. After extensive research and experimentation, he developed dog training and breaking animal scents along with lures. These products became an instant success with hunters and dog trainers.

Encouraged by customers and associates, Paul Howard Jr., his son, continued research on other pet related items. Consequently, he developed and manufactured many other products to complete a full pet care product line including health care and nutritional items.

The company has continued to grow and diversify into various products. Our facilities, currently located in San Jacinto, California, have branched into three divisions; Pet Products, Sporting Products and Contract Packaging.

Over 76 years later, National Scent Company still remains a family owned corporation today with Robert W. Howard as its president. We are proud of our achievements and tradition.
